Staples and Vine Ltd are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully. We collect information about you to enable us to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service. No customer payment details are held on Staples and Vine Ltd systems.
Security of Credit Card Payment Options:
We use encrypted PCI Compliant world banking services for your security. At the point where you confirm and request the purchase by pressing the ‘send order’ button you will be transferred to a secure payment site run by Worldpay
An order placed on the website will be acknowledged as received through an ‘Order Acknowledgement’ sent to your e-mail address. The order becomes confirmed at the point of dispatch. If there are any problems with your order, then you will be contacted immediately..
VAT and Duty:
VAT is not chargeable on any of our goods. For export orders it is the responsibility of the customer to make sure he/she is aware of any duty charges that may be made by the country of origin on delivery. Staples and Vine Ltd are not liable for any duty charges that may be incurred.
We will dispatch your order within 48 hours of receipt Monday To Friday excluding UK bank holidays If for any reason we cannot dispatch your order within this time period we will contact you immediately to inform you of the new dispatch date, if this doesn’t suit you, you may cancel your order.
Quality of Goods/Fitness for Purpose. Damage in Transit:
In the event that goods received are found not to be of merchantable quality or fit for purpose they may be returned and a replacement will be sent otherwise we will refund your monies in full
Unwanted items returned for a refund:
Staples and Vine Ltd will accept any product back that is unused and in their original undamaged packaging up to 14 days after purchase. You are free to inspect the goods, and in the case of clothing try them on for size, to make sure they meet with your requirements but products cannot be “Used first” and then sent back as unwanted. If a product is returned to us as unwanted but is not in 100% resaleable condition then the customer will be returned the product at our cost on such occasions
Faulty items returned for a refund:
Faulty goods will be replaced immediately within 21 days of purchase. After that period faulty items will be replaced at our discretion. Faulty goods can only be replaced with the same product. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Goods Returns Procedure:
Please note when buying more than one quantity of exactly the same item only one item can be opened. for example if you are buying 3 x size 16″ shirts we only accept one opened one back and the other two still unopened.
Please note: When returning goods to us it is the customer’s duty to ensure the goods are sent on an insured service. Staples and Vine are not liable for lost parcels when returned to us. No refund can be given unless we receive your returned goods.

Claims for missing items or the non-delivery of orders must be made within 10 days of the dispatch date. All trackable orders will have a P.O.D. signature showing the delivery date and who signed for it.
Loss or damage:
If goods are found to have been damaged in transit then they may be returned within 7 days and a replacement, if requested and if available, will be dispatched. If no replacement is available then monies will be refunded in full.
All contracts by Staples and Vine Ltd for the sale of the goods shall be deemed in all respects to be contracts made, performed and contracted according to English Law.
