Staples and Vine does not share any customer or subscriber information with any third parties for marketing purposes. Online payment methods are by Worldpay and Staples and Vine does not have access to online customer payment details.
Customer delivery and contact details are shared with a delivery agent Interparcel and then a designated courier company chosen from FedEx, UPS, or Hermes depending on the nature of the order.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Personal contact details are stored for six years as an accounting requirement. After which time they are destroyed.

How we protect your data
This website has security features built in to prevent cyber attacks and data breaches. Customer email details are kept on a secure device in a locked facility. Staples and Vine does not have access to payment information made via our online Worldpay shopping cart facility. No customer details or payment information for direct sales are held electronically only as hard copy in a secure manned facility. Staples and Vine Ltd is fully PCI DSS compliant.
What data breach procedures we have in place
In the event of a data breach any affected customers will be informed directly and advised of the situation. Remedial action to prevent further beaches will be taken immediately.
